Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for the Year 2026 technology roadmap, aligning with business goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neuro-interfaces) with high potential for implementation.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Engineering teams to translate visionary concepts into actionable development cycles.
- Present complex technical concepts and future strategies to executive stakeholders and board members.
- Mentor senior engineering leaders and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or R&D.
- Advanced degree (M.S., M.B.A., or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of leading long-term strategic initiatives and managing large-scale technology portfolios.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information and communicate a clear, compelling future vision.
- Deep understanding of current and near-future technology trends.
