- Establish partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU Innovation Labs to accelerate breakthrough timelines
- Present annual technology forecasts to C-suite and board members, shaping company-wide strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with documented contributions to 3+ paradigm-shifting innovations
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Future Systems Design
- Proven track record in scaling R&D teams from 20 to 100+ engineers across global locations
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized infrastructure
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent peer-reviewed venues
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, horizon scanning)
- SEC-level compliance experience for technology commercialization pathways
