Responsibilities

- Trend Analysis & Foresight: Monitor global technological shifts, including AI, quantum computing, and biotech, to predict market opportunities.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead partnerships with leading research institutions and startups to pilot cutting-edge technologies.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Translate complex technical foresight into clear business strategies for C-suite executives and investors.
- Innovation Management: Establish frameworks for evaluating and implementing emerging tech solutions across all departments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Technology Management, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic planning, tech leadership, or futurism.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully forecasting industry trends and executing on long-term visions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
