Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Lead Emerging Technology Initiatives: Identify, evaluate, and pilot breakthrough technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Edge Infrastructure.
- Resource Allocation: Manage a multi-million dollar R&D budget, ensuring optimal allocation of capital and human resources to high-priority projects.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to inform strategic pivots.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical strategies into clear business value propositions for C-suite executives, investors, and board members.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles, with a focus on Strategic Planning or R&D within the Technology sector.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), or a related technical field.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of System Architecture, AI/ML integration, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
