Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term goals with business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive market research on emerging technologies to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams in pilot projects for futuristic technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing).
- Manage the budget for innovation labs and R&D initiatives focused on 2026 trends.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or R&D.
- Proven track record of leading initiatives that successfully launched 3-5 years ago (demonstrating forward-thinking).
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, Blockchain, or Quantum Computing landscapes.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MBA, or a related field.
- Exceptional strategic planning and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire teams in a fast-paced environment.
