Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive technical and AI roadmap leading up to the 2026 product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance team of systems architects, data scientists, and engineers in a collaborative environment.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development initiatives in Generative AI, Neural Networks, and Edge Computing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, sales, and executive leadership to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Innovation Management: Identify emerging technologies and trends in the tech landscape to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize budget and resource allocation for high-impact projects, ensuring maximum ROI on R&D investments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML architecture, or systems leadership, with at least 5 years in a management or directorial capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and large-scale distributed systems architecture.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to define long-term technical strategies and lead teams through complex transitions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
