Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive 3-year technology roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that will define the competitive landscape in 2026 and beyond.
- AI Integration Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models into core business operations to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Future Tech Advisory: Serve as the internal expert on emerging technologies, providing executive-level guidance on Quantum computing, Synthetic Data, and Autonomous Agents.
- Operational Transformation: Design and implement frameworks for autonomous decision-making processes and self-optimizing workflows across departments.
- Change Management: Lead organizational change management initiatives to ensure our workforce is equipped with the skills and mindset necessary for an AI-driven future.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and executive leadership to translate complex technical trends into actionable business strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Operations, or Business Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Acumen: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, blockchain, and the trajectory of quantum computing by 2026.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on disruptive technology trends before they become mainstream.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
