Responsibilities
- Forecast and map technological, social, and economic trends through 2026 using proprietary predictive modeling
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology specialists
- Author whitepapers and keynote presentations at global futurism conferences
- Establish early-warning systems for paradigm shifts in climate, energy, and human augmentation
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related quantitative field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios with industry impact
- Expertise in probabilistic forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive innovation pathways
