Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of our 2026 AI product and infrastructure roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate next-generation LLMs and machine learning models.
- Define KPIs, OKRs, and success metrics for AI-driven business transformation.
- Advise executive leadership on emerging AI trends, ethical considerations, and competitive landscapes.
- Ensure all AI deployments meet strict compliance, security, and responsible-AI standards.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of data scientists and AI engineers.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 3 years in an AI/ML leadership role.
- Deep, practical understanding of generative AI, neural networks, and MLOps best practices.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable AI solutions in a major cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and roadmap development for future-casting tech initiatives.
