Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning emerging tech initiatives with core business objectives.
- Evaluate and pilot next-generation technologies including Generative AI, Quantum Computing concepts, and Spatial Computing.
- Lead cross-functional innovation squads to transition successful R&D prototypes into scalable production environments.
- Partner with the C-suite to present quarterly strategic forecasts and secure funding for forward-looking tech investments.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the ROI and business impact of early-stage technology adoption.
- Represent FutureForge at top-tier industry conferences and technology summits as a thought leader in future trends.
- Maintain a robust competitive analysis of market trends expected to mature and disrupt the industry by 2026.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or enterprise architecture.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling emerging technologies from concept to enterprise-wide deployment.
- Deep technical understanding of next-gen AI, cloud infrastructure, and decentralized systems.
- Exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or Masterβs degree preferred).
- Experience working in highly agile, fast-paced, and ambiguous R&D environments.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a demonstrated ability to mentor and grow high-performing technical teams.
