Responsibilities
- Architect and champion the overarching '2026 Vision' strategy across all product and engineering teams.
- Conduct advanced market forecasting and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align the 2026 roadmap with long-term corporate revenue goals.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate next-generation product features.
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions.
- Present quarterly strategy updates and milestone achievements to the Board of Directors.
- Mitigate strategic risks by developing agile contingency plans for upcoming market shifts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (MBA highly preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully launching long-term, multi-year strategic initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (AI, Web3, Spatial Computing) and their market applications.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of inspiring teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable roadmaps.
- Willingness to work on-site at our San Francisco headquarters.
