Responsibilities
- Architect and champion the overarching 2026 business and product strategy across all organizational departments.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Web3, Quantum) into our long-term product pipeline.
- Collaborate directly with the C-suite to align the 2026 vision with quarterly OKRs and financial targets.
- Lead cross-functional task forces to ensure timely execution of future-state initiatives.
- Conduct deep-dive market forecasting to predict consumer behavior and industry shifts through 2026.
- Present strategic updates, progress reports, and investment pitches to the board of directors.
- Foster a culture of forward-thinking innovation and continuous improvement within the strategy team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-proof products or leading multi-year strategic roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of next-generation technologies and their commercial applications.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding executive communication and presentation abilities.
- BA/BS degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree highly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a high-ambiguity, fast-paced, and hyper-growth environment.
