Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate at MetroCare Logistics, you will be the backbone of our operations. You will ensure that our products are handled with care, organized efficiently, and shipped out on time.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stage incoming merchandise accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high precision.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Reliable transportation to the Philadelphia facility.
