Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight safely and efficiently using hand trucks, dollies, and forklifts.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, accuracy, and proper labeling.
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse system.
- Operate industrial machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and management regarding inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
