Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members, ensuring safety protocols and productivity targets are met
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including inventory management and quality control
- Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency during off-peak hours
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to day management
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain detailed operational documentation
- Train and mentor new night shift associates on equipment and procedures
- Collaborate with security team to ensure facility integrity throughout shift
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with night shift exposure
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and RF scanning technology
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make autonomous decisions
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean MVR for equipment operation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied temperature conditions
- Spanish bilingual preferred for team communication
