Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Efficiently load, unload, and move freight within the warehouse using appropriate equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and verify stock against work orders to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to streamline daily operations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic checks and maintenance on warehouse equipment to ensure operational readiness.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Minimum educational requirement.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have access to reliable transportation to get to the Seattle facility.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
