Responsibilities
- Sort, inspect, and load incoming shipments onto pallets or trucks efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and correctly.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict safety protocols.
