Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Organize stock, inventory, and merchandise in a systematic and accessible manner.
- Inspect equipment and machinery for safety issues, reporting any maintenance needs immediately.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties, ensuring accuracy of all orders.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to the San Antonio facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
