Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are replenished promptly.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet our high-quality standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve issues and optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent work history.
- Availability: Flexible availability to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
