Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently process customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management software.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet company standards before shipment.
- Workspace Organization: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
