Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Process and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Utilize handheld scanning devices (RF scanners) to update inventory in real-time.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure shipments meet company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize daily logistics workflows.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn warehouse management software (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
