Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders in climate-controlled warehouse environments
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment after certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy using RF scanners and digital tracking systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams for high-volume order fulfillment
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Complete digital paperwork and reporting using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background check
- Basic math skills and familiarity with inventory tracking systems
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50lbs regularly
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Must have smartphone for DailyPay app access and shift notifications
- Available to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to complete training
- Reliable transportation to multiple client sites in Louisville area
