Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders in a high-volume warehouse setting
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts and cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Process returns and damaged goods according to established procedures
- Assist with warehouse cleanliness and organization during shift transitions
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Availability for flexible shifts including early mornings, nights, and weekends
- Reliable transportation to Steuart Street facility
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
