Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily inbound and outbound shipping schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect shipments for damage and ensure all quality control standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch teams and clients to resolve logistics issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
