Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, sorting, and organizing inventory with high accuracy.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Load and Unload Freight: Manually or mechanically handle shipping and receiving duties.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs frequently, and bend for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required to commute to the Omaha facility.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
