Responsibilities
- Perform daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and order fulfillment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and adheres to OSHA safety standards.
- Load and unload trucks accurately while maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality targets.
- Assist in inventory counts and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Provide excellent customer service or support to internal teams as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
