Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in hospital, clinic, and home settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with patient mobility and activities of daily living

Qualifications
- Current Oregon CNA, MA, or LPN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification (AHA preferred)
