Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care in hospital and long-term care settings
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Collaborate with RNs and physicians to ensure quality care delivery
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control protocols
- Support emotional and physical well-being of patients during shifts
Qualifications
- Active TN CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent acute care experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation for Nashville-area assignments
