Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolve technical issues, process orders, and troubleshoot billing discrepancies
- Document all interactions in CRM systems and maintain accurate case records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions
- Meet and exceed performance metrics including response times and customer satisfaction scores
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce or Zendesk preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
