What You Will Do
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our clients receive the best support possible. Your primary goal is to build lasting relationships and resolve inquiries efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and account details.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the supervisor.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to improve service delivery.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate web browsers.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required).
