Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 initiative.
- Lead the architecture and development of scalable AI-driven platforms.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain a world-class engineering team.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology strategies with business goals.
- Drive innovation in cloud infrastructure and edge computing solutions.
- Manage technical budgets and resource allocation effectively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CTO/VP Engineering).
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Deep Learning architectures.
- Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven ability to scale engineering organizations from startup to enterprise stages.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with blockchain or quantum computing concepts is a significant plus.
