Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategy with business objectives.
- Lead Research & Development initiatives to pioneer next-gen software and AI integrations.
- Oversee the architecture and scalability of our cloud infrastructure to support global expansion.
- Manage a multi-million dollar budget for technology procurement, R&D, and capital expenditures.
- Foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) and evaluate their potential application.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a C-suite capacity.
- Proven track record of scaling technology teams and infrastructure from startup to unicorn status.
- Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and distributed systems.
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with a focus on long-term innovation and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
