- Lead cross-functional collaboration between R&D, Product, and Executive teams to drive innovation.
- Oversee the assessment and integration of disruptive technologies into current operations.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the 2026 initiative.
- Present complex futuristic concepts to stakeholders and board members in a clear, actionable manner.
- Build and mentor a high-performance team of strategists and futurists.
Qualifications

- Certification in Strategic Planning or Enterprise Architecture is highly preferred.
