- Partner with C-suite executives to align long-term vision with quarterly business objectives
- Author thought leadership reports on societal impacts of 2026 technological convergence
- Identify and evaluate early-stage startups and academic research with disruptive potential
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and climate-related disruption
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and tech summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI ethics
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (white papers, industry journals)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial applications
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects with measurable impact
