Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and distributed systems architecture.
- Lead a team of 5+ engineers in deploying production-ready AI models with zero downtime.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource utilization for high-volume environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate research into production code.
- Mentor junior developers and establish code quality standards.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and ethical AI practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams in fast-paced environments.
