Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., generative models, predictive analytics) to drive competitive advantage.
- Lead the architectural vision for large-scale AI deployments, ensuring scalability and security.
- Bridge the gap between research and production, managing the R&D lifecycle from prototype to deployment.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI usage and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into core business processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in AI engineering, Data Science, or Strategic Technology Leadership.
- Proven experience defining long-term technical strategies for major tech products.
- Deep technical expertise in Machine Learning algorithms, Neural Networks, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
