Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and oversee the execution of the technical roadmap for all AI initiatives leading up to and beyond the 2026 release cycle.
- Technology Assessment: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging AI trends, including Generative AI, predictive analytics, and autonomous agents, to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performance team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business cases for investors, product managers, and executive stakeholders.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and ethical AI architectures that can handle enterprise-grade data loads.
- Performance Optimization: Lead initiatives to reduce inference times and improve model accuracy for our core products.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or AI development, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying market trends and defining product roadmaps that align with business goals.
- Leadership: Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
