Responsibilities
- Develop and execute AI innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technology trends
- Lead strategic initiatives in generative AI, quantum machine learning, and human-AI collaboration
- Partner with product and engineering teams to prototype and scale experimental AI solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and secure cross-functional buy-in
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Mentor a team of AI researchers and engineers while fostering a culture of experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy, innovation management, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching AI products that generated $10M+ revenue
- Expertise in generative AI, quantum computing, or autonomous systems
- Strong background in AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible innovation
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in AI/ML or emerging technologies preferred
