You'll lead a multidisciplinary team of researchers, engineers, and ethicists while collaborating with Fortune 500 partners to pilot transformative AI applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI vision strategy, including roadmaps for generative AI, quantum-enhanced machine learning, and sentient AI interfaces
- Lead the design of ethical AI governance frameworks and responsible innovation protocols for autonomous systems
- Direct cross-functional R&D initiatives in human-AI symbiosis, neural interface integration, and predictive behavioral modeling
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government bodies to shape AI policy standards
- Oversee the commercialization of AI patents and intellectual property portfolio valued at $50M+
- Drive organizational transformation through AI adoption across product development, operations, and customer experience
- Present AI vision to C-suite executives, investors, and board members with data-driven impact projections
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy with 10+ years in executive leadership roles at Fortune 500 or unicorn tech companies
- Proven track record of launching AI products generating $100M+ revenue with demonstrated ROI metrics
- Expertise in quantum computing applications, neural architecture optimization, and federated learning systems
- Published research in top-tier AI journals (NeurIPS, ICML, Nature AI) or equivalent industry contributions
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for AI governance (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights, etc.)
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with specialization in cognitive architectures or AI ethics
- Experience scaling AI teams from 50 to 500+ members across global R&D centers
