Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy with Fortune 500 experience
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent breakthrough portfolio
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics by 2025
- Proven track record scaling AI teams to 100+ members
- Expertise in federated learning and neural architecture search
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
