- Establish ethical AI frameworks and governance protocols for responsible implementation

- Present strategy to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage $5M+ AI innovation budget and vendor partnerships
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in generative AI, neural networks, and quantum computing fundamentals
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Strong background in AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
