- Mentor cross-functional teams on advanced ML deployment strategies
- Drive ethical AI frameworks aligned with global regulatory standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years publishing at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR conferences
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed training frameworks
- Proven track record of shipping production-scale ML systems
- Familiarity with quantum computing APIs (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and causal inference
