Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for Project 2026, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI architectures.
- Mentor a team of 5+ junior engineers, conducting code reviews and technical architecture reviews.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time edge applications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams to define technical roadmaps and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest advancements in Computer Vision and NLP.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building production-grade machine learning systems.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Proven experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Strong grasp of NLP, Transformer architectures, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
