Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum-inspired ML algorithms for autonomous systems
- Lead research in explainable AI frameworks for high-stakes decision-making

- Develop scalable pipelines for real-time AI model deployment in edge computing environments

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR with 15+ citations
- Proven track record in deploying production-grade ML systems at scale
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and federated learning
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and passion for ethical AI development
