As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D leaders, and innovation labs to translate futuristic concepts into scalable business opportunities. You'll be the architect of our long-term vision, ensuring we're not just prepared for 2026 but actively defining it.
Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Develop comprehensive scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ business environments
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption strategies
- Produce high-impact strategic briefs and whitepapers for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market opportunities and competitive threats through data-driven modeling
- Champion innovation culture by proposing experimental initiatives for future-proofing
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial success
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems
