Responsibilities
- Design scalable transformer models for real-time multi-modal data processing
- Lead research in explainable AI (XAI) frameworks for regulated industries
- Develop ethical bias mitigation protocols for autonomous decision systems
- Prototype quantum-entangled neural networks for 2026-era applications
- Collaborate with policy teams on AI governance frameworks
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Spin off commercial applications from lab innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning/Computer Science or equivalent research experience
- 5+ years developing production-grade deep learning systems
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with 10B+ parameter model experience
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences
- Strong background in quantum computing fundamentals
- Proficiency in distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Horovod)
- Experience with MLOps for model lifecycle management
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-relevant AI deployments
