Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technical vision and engineering roadmap. Establish long-term goals for system architecture and technology stack evolution.
- Lead large-scale digital transformations. Spearhead the migration to next-gen cloud-native environments and microservices architecture.
- Drive AI integration. Oversee the deployment of AI-driven development tools and automated systems to accelerate delivery cycles.
- Future-proof infrastructure. Identify emerging tech trends (e.g., Web3, Advanced Robotics) and assess their viability for our ecosystem.
- Team Leadership & Culture. Foster a high-performance engineering culture that prioritizes innovation, security, and scalability.
- Stakeholder Collaboration. Work closely with C-suite executives to align technical capabilities with business objectives for the coming years.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level capacity.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technical strategies (5+ year horizons).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, and containerization.
- Innovation: Demonstrated experience integrating AI/ML solutions into production environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for diverse stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
