Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing production-level machine learning systems

- Published research at NeurIPS/ICML/AAAI with 1000+ citations
- Proven ability to secure $5M+ in research funding
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
