Responsibilities
- Design and conduct cutting-edge research in artificial intelligence, with a focus on machine learning and deep learning.
- Develop and implement novel algorithms to solve complex problems in areas such as natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into practical applications.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and contribute to the publication of research papers and patents.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the growth of the AI research team.
- Present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership and clients.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Proven track record of publishing research in top-tier conferences or journals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing is a plus.
