- Architect and execute AI innovation roadmap targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead development of generative AI, quantum computing, and neural interface prototypes
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business strategy
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget across 12+ emerging technology projects
- Build and mentor high-performing team of 8+ specialists
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic labs and tech pioneers
- Drive ethical AI framework implementation and compliance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML leadership with 5+ managing cross-functional teams
- Proven track record deploying production-level generative AI systems
- Expertise in quantum computing or neural interface technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent research experience
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
